Tank Top ID Solutions provides fuel delivery safety systems, including:

• Smart Lids with QR codes for tank identification

• A mobile application and dashboard for tracking fuel drops

• Access to scan logs, confirm drop records, and related analytics

• To access certain features (e.g., dashboard), you must create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate, current information.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

• Access to Tank Top ID Solutions’ Services may require a monthly subscription fee based on your selected plan.

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

• No refunds for unused services.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.

5. Use of QR Codes and Smart Lids

• QR codes and Smart Lids are provided for use only with Tank Top ID Solutions' Services.

• Tampering, reproducing, or misusing QR codes or Smart Lids is prohibited.

• You may not bypass or disable the confirm drop verification process.​

6. Data Collection & Privacy

• We collect data including scan events, geo-location (IP-based), device information, and drop confirmations.

• Your use of Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.​

7. Limitations of Liability

• Tank Top ID Solutions is not liable for losses due to fuel delivery errors beyond the function of the system.

• Our Services reduce the risk of misdrops but do not guarantee 100% prevention.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms or misuse of Services.
